The 38th annual Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony was held at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, featuring strong women and genre-defying legends. Missy Elliott, a groundbreaking hip-hop artist and fashion icon, made history as the first female rapper to enter the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
She closed the four-hour show with a dynamic performance, featuring her top hits like “Get Ur Freak On,” “The Rain (Supa Dupa Fly),” “Work It,” “Pass That Dutch,” and “Lose Control.” She also hosted a separate celebration in New York City on November 3.
The star-studded event included notable figures such as LL Cool J, Jimmy Jam, Johnny Gill, and her colleague, the producer-songwriter Brian-Michael Cox, who took on the role of DJ. Congratulations to #missymisdemeanorelliott
